Questions About the System

I Want to Change My Name

You can change your name from the personal information screen. You can change it only once every 3 days, and you will need a Name Change Card. This is sold as a paid item in the store.

I Want to Hide My Combat Record

Turn off "Display Combat Record" in the privacy settings in options.

I Want to Change the Camera Sensitivity

From the sensitivity options, you can set the camera sensitivity (normal sensitivity), firing sensitivity (ADS sensitivity), and gyroscope sensitivity respectively.

My Character Moves When I Touch the Fire Button

This is caused by setting the operation method to "Left: Move Right: Shoot (Floating)". You can solve this by changing the setting from Settings → Operation Settings.

When Does the Market Listing Count Reset?

Can I play with the same data on another device?

If you log in with the same account, you can play with the same data on different devices.

Questions About Equipment and Storage

I Want to Change My Character’s Appearance or Skin

You can change your face, gender, and skin from "Customize" at the bottom of the home screen.

Organizing Is a Hassle

Tap the upper right of the character screen and select "Quick Sort" to automatically organize your warehouse.

I Want to Expand My Warehouse

Expanding For Free

Tap the bottom right of the warehouse and activate the expansion boxes that can be purchased from the trader Evita to increase capacity. The number of expansion boxes that can be activated is limited, and increasing the maximum value is a paid feature.

Increasing Expansion Box Slots for a Fee

If you're having trouble with warehouse capacity, try paying for this first. It's a one-time purchase and permanently increases the number of expansion box slots.

I Want to Load/Unload Bullets Into/From a Magazine

Tap the ammunition, then tap the magazine and select "Load" to load bullets into the magazine. To unload bullets from a magazine, tap the magazine and select "Remove Ammunition".

Some weapons cannot have bullets removed

Some shotguns and long-range weapons are types that are reloaded by directly inserting bullets. Bullets cannot be removed from such weapons, so be careful not to load the wrong bullets.

Bags and Rigs Are Bulky

Save space by rolling them up or using a bag-in-bag (storing a bag inside another bag).

I Want to Customize My Weapon

Select a weapon and tap the magnifying glass icon to attach or detach weapon attachments and parts. Also, using the Gunsmith function, you can customize and purchase guns you have obtained, and save your customizations.

Finding Ammunition Is Difficult

Select a weapon, then go to Details → Search Ammunition to search for ammunition that can be loaded into that weapon.

I Don’t Know Which Ammunition to Bring

For normal maps, penetration level 3 is recommended, and for lockdown zones, penetration level 4-5 is recommended. If you are using a sniper, try to bring ammunition with penetration level 5 or higher.

Finding Attachments Is Difficult

Similar to ammunition, select a weapon → Details → Search Related to search for parts and attachments for that weapon. The Gunsmith also has a function to automatically purchase attachments you want to equip from the market, even if you don't own them.

Questions About Raids and Combat

How to Enter the Shooting Range

Tap "Start" at the bottom right of the home screen, then tap "Shooting Range" at the bottom left to enter the shooting range.

What's the difference between Contractor and Impostor?

Contractor

• Deploy with your own equipment; lost if killed
• Participate in raids from the beginning
• Trader missions progress
• Can automatically join parties

Impostor

• Deploy with random equipment
• Join raids in progress
• Some trader missions cannot be progressed
• Deploy solo unless invited
• 15-minute interval

How Many People Can Be in a Party?

You can form a party with up to 4 people as a Contractor and up to 3 people as an Impostor.

I don't know how to escape

You can escape by reaching one of the extraction points. Check the map to see the locations of the extraction points.

I’m at an Extraction Point but Can’t Escape

You can only escape at the extraction points displayed on the map. Also, be aware that some locations are random for extraction. Red extraction points have conditions set; tap them to check the conditions if you want to use them.

I Want to Discard an Item

Tap an item in your inventory, then tap the arrow mark at the bottom right to drop it on the ground.

This can also be used to give items to teammates.

How to Switch Weapons

You can switch weapons by tapping the weapon icon at the bottom of the screen.

I Want to Switch Between Full-Auto/Semi-auto

You can switch by tapping "Full Auto" or "Semi Auto" at the bottom of the screen.

How Many Weapons Can I Carry?

You can equip 2 main weapons, a pistol, and a melee weapon, for a total of 4 types. Throwable weapons can be used immediately if they are in your pocket or rig. If your equipment is full but you want to pick up a weapon, you can either discard your currently equipped weapon or put it in your bag to bring it back.

I Can’t Run Anymore

Running and jumping consume stamina. When your stamina runs out, you won't be able to run or jump for a certain period.

How to Get Over Ledges and Fences

Tap the jump button in front of a ledge or fence to climb over it. If you don't have stamina, you won't be able to climb over, so wait for it to recover before tapping the button.

Is There Auto-Run?

Double-tap the game screen or press and hold the directional button forward to automatically dash.

If it's hard to hear with speakers, using earphones will make sounds much easier to hear. Also, utilizing the voiceprint system can make enemy detection smoother.

I Want to Change the Impostor’s Equipment

The weapons and equipment for Impostor mode are randomly updated daily at 6:00, 12:00, and 18:00. They are also updated when a player clears Impostor mode.

Status Ailments Won’t Go Away

Status ailments cannot be cured without the corresponding recovery item. Painkillers may temporarily alleviate symptoms. Also, equipment may be causing the status ailment.

I Want to Restore a Body Part With 0 HP

Using a Simple Surgical Kit or Standard Military Surgical Kit will allow you to restore a body part. Be careful, as if your head or chest HP reaches 0, you will die instantly.
