Backpack

Allows you to bring items into raids or retrieve them. However, items in your backpack cannot be used instantly during a raid, so if you want to use them quickly, keep them in your pockets or chest rig.

Headsets

Headsets reduce explosion sounds and make enemy footsteps easier to hear. In Arena Breakout, it's possible to detect enemies by sound, so equip them whenever possible.

Body armor can protect your upper body from attacks. It doesn't reduce damage to zero, so don't overestimate it, but your survival rate will dramatically increase compared to not wearing it.

Aim for a Loadout That Can Handle Different Engagement Distances
When deploying with two weapons, a combination of weapons for different engagement distances, such as long-range + short-range, is recommended. Being prepared for combat in various situations will greatly increase your chances of survival.
Ammunition

Ammunition for reloading when you run out of bullets in combat is an essential item. Bringing enough for 3-4 magazines will give you peace of mind even in prolonged battles.
Magazines

Spare magazines are necessary for quick reloading during combat. Considering prolonged battles, bringing 2-3 magazines will make it easier to fight.
Grenades

Effective weapons against enemies hidden behind cover or holed up indoors. , and are easy to handle. It's recommended to bring at least 2 and up to 6.
Healing Items
Painkillers

In Arena Breakout, taking damage can blur your vision due to pain, and if a body part is damaged, your movement speed will decrease. Using painkillers can alleviate these symptoms, making them essential items for raids that involve combat.
Medical Kits

When you are injured by an enemy attack, the HP of each body part will decrease. Medical kits can restore the HP of injured body parts. However, you will be defenseless during treatment, so be mindful of your surroundings when using them.
Bandages

When you receive an open wound, the HP of undamaged body parts will gradually decrease. Using bandages can heal open wounds. Keep them in your chest rig or similar for quick use when you receive an open wound.

If you bring the medical kits listed above, you can treat open wounds even without bandages. They are a bit expensive, but they can save space for bandages.
Surgical Kits

Can restore damaged body parts. When a part is damaged, your movement speed decreases, so be sure to heal it when combat has calmed down. The maximum HP reduction rate differs for each item.

Food Supplies
Food

Recovers hunger when used. If you become excessively hungry, you will suffer debuffs such as HP decreasing over time, reduced stamina cap, increased stamina cost when using stamina, and decreased stamina recovery speed.
Drinking Water

Recovers dehydration when used. When dehydrated, your HP will decrease over time, so be sure to rehydrate frequently.
