Hodrick Bryce Hermann	[Recommended Growth Type] Guardian + Guardian Guardian + Toughness Guardian + Defender Since this is a defense-specialized class, you'll want to increase stats related to durability. Guardian is recommended for specializing in physical defense, Defender if you also want to withstand magic, and Toughness if you're unsure.
Mordon Nina Kitra	[Recommended Growth Type] Attacker + Attacker Attacker + Slayer Attacker + Technical Since this is an attack-specialized class, you'll want to increase stats related to damage output. Use from Items in the Field Menu

While on the field, open the menu, select Idealist's Handmirror from Items, and then select the character you want to use it on.

Select Growth Type and Color

You can change the selected character's growth type and color. You can select two growth types, and choose your preferred color from 4 options. Furthermore, for hired characters, their name and voice can also be changed.
