Story Progression Chart

| 1 | Loot inside for supplies. There is workbench for weapon upgrade |
| 2 | Walk passed the bright light and there is a shiv door at the end of the hallway. Open it and find Training Manual: Molotov Deployment |
| 3 | Take stairs up to the next floor. You will hear a disturbing sound but there won't be infected so no worries. Search this floor to get Office Recorder. |
| 4 | Enter the tent-looking room and get Fungal X-Rays on the table |
| 5 | Enter through the door and you will see some monkeys. Get Lab Recorder on the table and Firefly Pendant at the right corner of this room |
| 6 | Proceed and watch the cutscene. You will get Firefly's Recorder automatically |
| 7 | After the cutscene, Fireflies will attack you. Ambush them and proceed |
| 8 | During the cutscene, you'd have to resist by pressing □ and shoot fireflies. Get out of the hospital by getting help from Ellie |
2. Get Training Manual: Molotov Deployment
Walk down the hallway toward the bright light. Pass the bright light and find a room on the end. Open the lock with shiv and get Training Manual: Molotov Deployment.
3. Get Office Recorder
Search the upper floor and find Office Recorder on the table.
4. Get Fungal X-Rays
Enter the tent-looking room and get Fungal X-Rays on the table.
5. Get Lab Recorder & Firefly Pendant
At the room with monkeys, you can find Lab Recorder on the table. You can also get Firefly Pendant at the right corner of this room.

Firefly Recorder will be automatically obtained after the cutscene.
