Hydroelectric Dam (Chapter 7: Tommy's Dam) Walkthrough Guide
Story Progression Chart

| 1 | Follow the river and proceed. Before walking under the first bridge, there is a small path on your right. Get a comic Foreign Element nearby the rusted car |
| 2 | Once you get to the dam, there is a shiv door. You can get 50 parts, 10 supplements and other supplies. |
| 3 | Spin the handle attached to the dam to make half of the path |
| 4 | Dive into the water. Get inside of the sunken hut and check the roof to move wood pallet above water |
| 5 | Carry Ellie to the other side of the dam and get Ellie spin the other handle. Cross over the path Ellie made and proceed |
| 6 | Proceed till you pass under the log and find a small hut. Check inside and get El Diablo and Power Plant Map |
| 7 | Open the gate and watch the cutscene |
| 8 | Follow Tommy to proceed. Talk to Tommy and he will show you the photo with Joel and Sarah |
| 9 | Follow Henry again. Once you enter the control room, grub Training Manual: Smoke Chemistry on the control panel |
| 10 | To the left of the control room, there is a workbench. Get out of the room with workbench and take stairs down to enter the room beneath the control room. Get Firefly Pendant from the shelf |
| 11 | After the cutscene with Tommy, defeat all bandits and proceed. Make sure you drop by the control room and get Plant Schematics on the table |
| 12 | Rejoin with Ellie and Maria and watch the cutscene |
| 13 | Follow Henry by riding a horse. Once you reached the deadend, follow horse track to find Ellie |
| 14 | Once you jump the fence, bandits appear. Once you defeat them all, go back to the fence and call your horses and proceed |

1. Get Foreign Element
Before you reach the dam with handles, there is a bridge above you. Check the right side nearby there and find a small path. Get a comic Foreign Element near by the rusted car.
4. Find A Pallet Underwater
To cross the other side, you need to dive in the water and find a wood pallet stuck on the sunken hut. Use that pallet to carry Ellie to the other side.
6. Get Power Plant Map
Inside of the small hut where you found El Diablo, there is a Power Plant Map posted on the wall.
6. Get Training Manual: Smoke Chemistry
There is a Training Manual to upgrade smoke grenade in the control room.
10. Get Firefly Pendant
Get out of the room with workbench and take stairs down. Enter the room underneath the control room and find a Firefly Pendant from the shelf.
11. Get Plant Schematics
During the fight with bandits, don't forget to drop by the control room and collect Plant Schematics from the table.
13. Follow The Horse Tracks
Follow the horse tracks to find Ellie. Once you go down the slope, just the fence (see picture above) to enter the battle with bandits. After defeating all bandits, you need to come back to this fence to call your horses.
