Alone and Forsaken (Chapter 5: Pittsburgh) Walkthrough Guide
Story Progression Chart
| No. | Procedure |

| 1 | During the cutscene, hunters attack Joel and Ellie. Resist by press □. After defeating the enemy save Ellie |
| 2 | More hunters will come at you. Defeat them all |
| 3 | Once you've finished all hunters, open the shutter and enter inside. Ellie is standing right in front of it |
| 4 | Once you are inside, search the room and get Tools Level 2, Smoke Grenade from the shelf and Tourist Manifest at the corner of the room |
| 5 | Open the door and take the stairs up. Check the room on your right to get 5 supplements and Health: Splinting upgrade. |
| 6 | Search the small room down the hallway and get Ambush Map. There is a workbench as well |
| 7 | Get outside and proceed. After seeing the bridge from afar, jump down and there is 5 supplements in front of you |
| 8 | Check inside of the bus and get Termination Shock (Comic) |
| 9 | As you proceed, 3 hunters will appear. Take them down or overdo them. Climb up the bus where Hunters came from to proceed |
| 10 | Once you go over the bus, there is a stall. Jump over the sandbags and check underneath the stall to get Lost Hill Note |
| 11 | Proceed through the check point. There are 3 more hunters ahead so defeat or overdo them |
| 12 | Before entering the bookstore, check the checkpoint wall on your right (facing the bookstore). There is a Traitors Flyer posted on the wall. |
| 13 | Enter the large bookstore. There are many hunters inside so silently take down one by one |
| 14 | To the right side of the entrance, there are stairs. Check under the stairs to get Applicant Checklist |
| 15 | Check the small room located all the way back of the 1st floor of the bookstore and get Abandon Zone Map |
| 16 | Go to the second floor of the bookstore and open the locked door with Shiv. Get Lost Area Map, 50 parts, and supplies |
| 17 | Exit the bookstore from the second floor and proceed |
| 18 | When you reach the area with water, there is a door with X mark on the left of yellow cab. Enter with shiv and get 15 supplements, Mother's Letter, and bunch of supplies |
| 19 | Swim ahead to get the wood pallet. Use the pallet to carry Ellie near the plank |
| 20 | Enter the coffee shop. The entrance (truck) is just underneath of where Ellie placed the plank. |
| 21 | After swimming through the truck, keep swimming forward till you find a stairs to the 2nd floor. Loot this floor and get Stash Note |
| 22 | Use the plank to cross over and enter the hotel |
2. How To Defeat All Hunters In The Beginning
Multiple hunters will try to attack you in a group. Get out of the building from the window on your left and try to take down enemies one by one.
4. Get Level 2 Tools & Tourist Manifest
Once you enter the building by opening the shutter, check the shelf to get Smoke Grenade and Level 2 tools. Don't forget to check the corner of the room to get Tourist Manifest
5. Get Health Splinting Upgrade
Once you go upstairs, check the room on your right to get health upgrade.
6. Get Ambush Map
Before you leave this building, check the small room down the hallway. Ambush Map is posted by the door.
8. Get Termination Shock
As you proceed, you will find a bus you can enter. Check inside and get Termination Shock (comic).
10. Get Lost Hill Note
Find a stall. Jump over the sandbags and check underneath the stall to get Lost Hill Note.
Get Firefly Pendant
Walk all the way up to the end of the street in front of the book store and find a Firefly Pendant nearby the dumpster.
12. Get Traitors Flyer
Before entering the bookstore, face the bookstore and there is a checkpoint on your right. Check the wall and get Traitors Flyer.
14. Get Applicant Checklist
Find a stair located on the right of bookstore entrance. Search under the stairs to get Applicant Checklist.
15. Get Abandon Zone Map
Check the small room located all the way back of the 1st floor of the bookstore and get Abandon Zone Map
16. Get Lost Area Map
Go to the second floor of the bookstore. Find a locked door and open with shiv. Inside of that room, there is a Lost Area Map.
17. Exit Of The Books Store
To proceed, you need to find the exit from the second floor of the bookstore.
18. Get Mother's Letter
When you reach the area with water, there is a door with X mark on the left of yellow cab. Enter with shiv and get Mother's Letter.
21. Get Stash Note
After entering the cafe through the truck, keep swimming forward and you will find stairs. Go to the 2nd floor and find Stash Note.
