1. Stranger's House Location
The Stranger's House can be found in New Hanover. Other locations near it are Emerald Station West of it, and Kamassa River East of it.

1. Fort Brennand Location
Fort Brennand is found East of the Stranger's House in New Hanover. It will be a short horse ride East, and will be just past the Kamassa River.
2. Targets Are Specially Marked
Targets that you will need to eliminate are marked on your minimap with special red human icons. The number of targets you need to kill will also be displayed on your HUD.
3~4. One Of The Target Will Flee Near the End
Eventually, one of the targets will start fleeing from the fort. You will need to chase after him on horseback, and kill him. After killing the target, the mission will finish.
