| 1 | Head to O'Creagh's Run above Three Sisters on your map. |
| 2 | Go to Hamish's House on the Northeast shore of the lake. |

2. Veteran's Homestead Location
You can find the Veteran's Homestead right at the northeastern short of O'Creagh's Run. It's not that hard to find so you'll be able to see it once you get to the area.
1~3. Only Appears After 24 In-Game Hours After The Veteran II
This mission will not pop up on your minimap until you finish the Veteran II mission, and 24 in-game hours have passed. Make sure you finish the Veteran II or else this mission will not show up!

Want to start this mission immediately? You can opt to bypass waiting for 24 in-game hours by sleeping at a hotel or camp. This will advance time for a maximum of 20 hours per sleep!

| 1 | Mount your horse and follow Hamish around the lake. |
| 2 | Follow Hamish up the hill after seeing the She-Wolf on a cliff. |
| 3 | Unmount your horse and help check on the freshly killed deer. |
| 4 | Mount your horse and chase the wolf after Hamish spots it. |
| 5 | Unmount your horse and track the wolf down through the shrubbery. |
| 6 | Once you find the lone wolf, approach it slowly. |
| 7 | Kill all the wolves that ambush you. |
| 8 | The last wolf will then appear and attack you. |
| 9 | Break free from the wolf, then kill it. |
5. Use Eagle Eye To Easily Track Down The Wolf
Eagle Eye will be very helpful when tracking down the wolf. It will highlight the path that the animal took to help you find it more easily. Make sure to activate Eagle Eye when tracking it through shrubbery.
7, 9. Kill The Wolves Using Dead Eye
Wolves are very agile and fast in this game. Getting attacked by a pack is very dangerous. Even out the odds by triggering Dead Eye during this section of the mission to get lots of quick shots off and kill the wolves easily.
