1. Location Marko Dragic
You will find Marko Dragic standing on a small dock inside an enclosed space with a pond in Saint Denis.
Sail The Mini-Boat

2. Keep Distance From Mines
The mines in the pond are magnetic and if you move too near them, they will follow you. Keep a good distance away from them when shooting the big ships to prevent your boat from getting damaged.
2. Follow The Moving Boats
In the 2nd round, you'll have to sink moving boats. It's best to follow them and shoot them from behind so you won't miss when they move.
Plant The Conductors

1. Head North To Doverhill
You can find Marko Dragic in the northeast part of the map. His lab is in Doverhill, near Willard's Rest & Brandywine Drop.
3. Controller Vibrates Vigorously When Detector Is Lit
Aside from watching the light go solid inside the detector, your controller will vibrate strongly and more vigorously if you're in the right spot.
3. Check Where Lightning Flashes
Check the general area where there are lightning flashes that hit the ground. These are usually where you need to plant the conductors.
3. Spot 1: East Of The Lab
The first conductor spot can be found just a few meters east of the lab. It'll be easy to spot since it's very near.
3. Spot 2: Far East Of Doverhill
The 2nd spot can be found by hiking up a small valley far northeast of the lab in Doverhill.
3. Spot 3: Burnt Tree On Overlooking Ledge
The final conductor spot can be found by heading west from the 2nd spot. You need to be up on a ledge & you'll see lightning strike a tree - the conductor can be planted in that spot.
Flip The Switches

2. Flip Left Switch, Right Switch, Then Middle Switch
When you face the circuit board, flip the leftmost switch first, then the rightmost one, then finally, the middle switch to activate their lights.
