Monstrous Animal Locations List
Monstrous Bear
Spawn Location - Map 1
Head north to New Eden and go north of the compound - you'll find the 1st Monstrous Bear spawn location there.
Spawn Location - Map 2
The 2nd Monstrous Bear spawn point is further north of the 1st one. It's to the south of Joseph's Sanctuary.
Monstrous Bison
Spawn Location - Map 1
The 1st Monstrous Bison spawn point is to the south of Scrapfarm and east of The Chop Shop outpost.
Spawn Location - Map 2
You can find the 2nd spot to hunt the Monstrous Bison to the north of The Refinery outpost.
Monstrous Boar Location
Spawn Location - Map 1
The 1st spot to find the Monstrous Boar is in the south of Rotgut Pass. It's in the southern part of the map.
Spawn Location - Map 2
The 2nd Monstrous Boar location is to the south of Chateau Boshaw and north of the Trailer Town outpost.
Monstrous Cougar Location
Spawn Location - Map 1
To the left of Frobisher's Memory, you can find the 1st spawn point of the Monstrous Cougar. It's in the western side of Hope County.
Spawn Location - Map 2
Monstrous Cougar spawn area 2 is in between Eden's Pyre and The Flame of Eden - in the middle of the Hope County map.
Monstrous Animal Battle Tips
Aim For Glowing Spot In Their Bodies
Each of the Monstrous Animals will have a glowing spot in their body. Aim for these weak spots to deal big damage to their HP bars.
Bring & Use Elite Weapons
Since Monstrous Animals are elite monsters, it's best to bring elite weapons to do enough damage to them. Using guns that can deal heavy damage & have a fast fire rate are your best bet against these beasts.

You can also use dynamite or Molotovs do more damage to Monstrous Animals. Using these items can help you bring their health down.
Monstrous Animal Rewards & Overview
Trade In Pelts For Circuit Boards Or Carbon Fiber
Defeating a Monstrous Animal will give you their skin or pelt. If you trade these in, you can get valuable crafting materials such as Circuit Boards or Carbon Fiber.

Monstrous Animals Are Elite Level Monsters
Monstrous Animals are unique, high-level animals that you can find in Hope County. They are colored differently, deal more damage, and have a longer life span.
Spend 15 Ethanol To Purchase Monstrous Animal Map
You can spend 15Ethanol at your Cartography facility to purchase the 4 Monstrous Animal location maps. Your facility needs to be at max Rank for you to get access to the map.
