How to Unlock Safes & Locks
Specific Perks Required to Open Safes & Locks
You won't be able to unlock safes and locks without acquiring the required Perks first! Without the Perks, safes cannot be unlocked at all while locked doors will require you to hunt out their keys.

Unlocking the Repair Torch will unlock the eponymous gadget and add it to your inventory! Equip the Repair Torch and use it on safes to unlock them.
Lock Picking
The Lock Picking skill will give you the ability to not only crack safes open, but also to open any locked doors! Come near the door or safe to get the prompt to unlock it.
Find Keys to Open Doors
Where there's a locked door, there's a hidden key somewhere. If you don't have the Lock Picking skill yet, you can opt to search for the key instead. It's usually in the same area as the locked door.

Safes hide a hefty stash of Titanium, ranging from 15 - 20 pieces in each one! With the little effort needed to open safes, it's one of the easiest ways of earning the material to craft weapons & vehicles.
