Acquire Ethanol From Liberating Outposts
You can acquire Ethanol from successfully liberating Outposts. Make sure to arm yourself with weapons and ammo since Outposts are usually crawling with enemies.

You will be able to acquire Ethanol from Supply Drops found around the map. They will be marked by a yellow plume of smoke rising up from their location. Arm yourself with weapons since some Supply Drops have Highwaymen near them.
