1. Make Sure To Turn In Bounties
After the last mission, you'll end up with around 300 Freaker ears. Make sure to turn them in the Wizard Island camp to earn credits and trust.
2.~3. This Is A Dialogue Mission
Simply talk to Col. Garrett by heading to the mission marker to complete this mission. Look for a passageway with red curtains and the U.S. Flag to reach his quarters.
