No.Procedure
1 Make your way with Lisa to your Bike.
2 Defeat the Bear near your Bike.
3 Get on your Bike, and transport Lisa to Tucker's Camp.
4 You will pass through a tunnel. Get of your Bike, and deal with the enemies here before proceeding.
5 Once you reach the Camp, a cutscene will trigger, and the mission will end.

Best To Use Stealth When Heading For Your Bike

After meeting with Lisa, the path to your Bike will be littered with Freakers. Since there are a lot of them, it would be best to use stealth to make as little noise as possible, and avoid alerting them.

Use Rocks To Distract Freakers

Use Rocks To Distract Freakers

If you find yourself in a tight spot, use a Rock to lure away Freakers from your position. You will then be able to progress towards your Bike.

2, Use A Molotov To Bring Bear's Health Down

Use A Molotov To Bring Bear

Before reaching your Bike, there will be a bear in the area. You will need to defeat it before getting on your Bike. Use a Molotov to deal lots of damage over time to the bear. This will also preserve your low amount of ammo for another encounter.

Get Into Cover To Avoid Getting Hit

Get Into Cover To Avoid Getting Hit

Immediately get behind cover to avoid getting hit by the enemy's bullets. Only when they stop firing should you pop out and fire back.

Pay Attention To Your Minimap

Pay Attention To Your Minimap

Your Minimap will also give you clues as to enemy positions. Use it to orient yourself in the general direction of the enemy, and adjust your cover.

Look & Aim For Bright Lights

Look & Aim For Bright Lights

Since the tunnel is dark, enemies will be equipped with flashlights. Aim for bright lights as these are the enemies holding flashlights.
