Serpent Emblems are special collectibles found within the different chapters of Resident Evil 6. They are blue-green discs with a particular pattern made out of snakes at its middle.
Each Scenario has Serpent Emblems
All 4 Scenarios have their own Serpent Emblems to collect. They're all separated, including the rewards you can collect from them.
Unless you destroy the Serpent Emblem, it won't count as having been collected. Shoot them as they're often out of melee range.
Collect to Unlock Figurines & Files
As you keep collecting Serpent Emblems, they will unlock Figurines and Files per each Scenario. You can check your progress through the Special Features - Collections tab.

By the janitor's closet, inside the small room after meeting Liz's father.
Inside the desk before getting the campus keycard.
Under the train after opening the red door, after you've dodged 2 trains.
On top of a bar table right before the fight at the gas station. You'll find this after tossing your partner to open a closed gate.
After defeating the Lepotitsa, go down a flight of stairs and check the half-opened baggage area to the right. The emblem will be on the bottom-right corner.
When you reach the bottom part of the plane, check the glass cabinets to your right. You'll find the emblem among the bottles.
As you enter the night market & after you spot the monster, head into the shops on your right. The emblem is inside an open shop on a table beside some boxes.
Also in the night market. Climb a ladder and locate where you need to hoist your partner across. Use a sniper scope to spot the emblem on some wires on the upper right of the map.
Right after escaping from the gas, in the first room you get into, check the display shelves with shoes on the right to spot the emblem.
When you exit into an area with a military truck against the wall, look behind you to find the 2nd emblem inside a truck on top of wooden boxes.
Once you survive the helicopter crashing, before going into the next area, check the reception area on the right. The emblem is on some shelves behind monitors.
When you reach the rooftop, watch the scene with Simmons being attacked by zombies. After the scene, face the stairs and go underneath it to find the emblem on the floor, beyond the metal fences.
Reach the part where you have to cover Finn planting explosives. Head to the opposite end of the area and spot the emblem behind metal grills.
Using Piers, while covering Chris on the bridge, check the right-most part of it. You'll find the 2nd emblem there.
Upon reaching City Hall, go under the stairs and into the corridor behind the area. The 3rd emblem is on the wall between 2 paintings.
After Ada joins you, check the area behind the white curtains. The last emblem is on the upper-right corner of the small room on top of a metal cabinet.
Head past the playground to get to the main road. Turn left to find the emblem on the right side of the street on top of some boxes.
After bringing down the helicopter, move onward until you reach a residential building. Check a room on the left to find the emblem on the bottom of a bunk bed.
Once you're at the red building, take care of the chopper the look to the scaffolding on the upper-left. You can spot the emblem by using a sniper rifle.
During the car chase, when you reach the multi-level parking lot, shoot the emblem on the back of the double-decker bus when confronted with J'avo.
From your starting point, check the helicopter's cockpit in the middle of the area. This is where you'll find the 1st emblem.
After making it out of the hanger, spot the boat in front of you. Check its masts to find the emblem.
After covering for Piers while he turns the valve, climb up the ladder and the stairs. Check in between the stairs' steps to see where the emblem is located.
You can only get the 4th emblem using Piers. After destroying the first blockade, check one of the tires before the 2nd blockade to spot this emblem.
When you get outside, head down the path and to your left. The emblem is above the doorway.
The 2nd emblem will be on top of broken metal scaffolding. You can get to it by jumping across the ridge before helping Sherry get across.
To actually see this emblem, you need to be playing as Sherry. After escaping the Ustanak, head into the toilet and ask your partner to hoist you up. The emblem is on the right side, across the ladder.
After going through the dark corridors, when you reach the wide area before the City Hall, spot the emblem on top of another doorway across the plaza.
From the starting point, climb up the ladder until you spot the cabin. Before heading down the stairs, use a sniper rifle to look above you. The emblem is on the tower.
Go to the upper ledge to find the FOS Memory Device A. The 2nd emblem is in the door of the backhoe beside the USB.
Right before you enter the tunnel while riding the snow mobile, slow down and aim to stay on the right side of the slope. Pass through the emblem to break it.
In the larger room where you have to dodge the insects, before opening the door, make sure to shoot the 4th emblem on the lower left side of the water tank.
When you get to the camera room, switch to the camera overlooking the wide room. The emblem is on top of some shelves in the left corner.
After escaping the lab, before heading up the giant stairs, go inside the blue door on the left side. The emblem is in the middle shelves, sandwiched between boxes.
When you first encounter the tank, stand behind the Buddha statue in the middle of the room. When the statue breaks, search the rubble for the 3rd emblem.
After getting to the garden, proceed forward til the tank appears again. Head towards the stairs but before going up, look behind it to find the 4th emblem.
Using Sherry, after dodging the gas tanker, make sure to hit the emblem on your upper left before causing the tanker to explode.
After the helicopter has been downed, you'll be in an alleyway. Check the car on your left further down the alley to spot the 2nd emblem.
When Jake falls down from the scaffolding onto the street, head to the deadend on the left and find the 3rd emblem in between some boxes.
The final emblem in this chapter is at the end of the alleyway where the 3rd emblem is. Climb up the ladder and check the lower right to find the 4th emblem.
As soon as Sherry gives you your guns back, shoot down the enemy and check the upper left corner of the room you started in. You'll find the emblem on the ceiling.
When you get to the area with the moving platforms, get to platform E and head left. Once you reach a lab room, the emblem is inside some glass cases.
Upon reaching the lava room, move forward until you need to push the obstacle down. Jump down, head right until you reach a dead end. Check the bottom half of a pipe in lava to spot the emblem.
Once the Ustanak fight is over, move forward until you reach a large silver tank. Go towards its right and spot the emblem on the bottom-right corner.
