What are Dog Tags?
Dropped by Players in Agent Hunt
Dog Tags are basically a unique identification for players who participate in the Agent Hunt game mode. Once you beat another player posing as an enemy, they'll drop a Dog Tag that you check out.

There are multiple customization options for players to use to create their own unique Dog Tag. Customization can only be done in the Main Menu and cannot be edited in the middle of a match or campaign.
Has 3 Customizable Parts
You can change your Dog Tag's Template, Emblem, and Title. Each one has unique options to choose from and can be edited separately. The Dog Tag will also show your username, but that can't be edited.
How to Unlock Dog Tag Customizations
Template
The Template is the base of metal base of your Dog Tag. Unlock all 21 Template customization by complete all character story campaigns.

The Emblem is a symbol that's embedded in your Dog Tag. It's basically the achievements' symbol and is unlocked by completing achievements that coincide with that image.
