Shoot Down Carla's 2 Eyes First
First, focus fire on Carla's two bulging eyes until they pop. This will slow her healing and allow you to burst a hole through her face.
Eyes Can Damage You When They Pop
When you see her eyes start bubbling, hide behind the pillars in the room. When her eyes pop, they'll cause projectile damage on you if you're not careful.
Shoot Face After Eyes Are Popped
When both her eyes are popped, you have a short amount of time to shoot her face and make a hole. When you do, focus fire on the nitrogen tanks at the back of the room to instantly destroy her entire face.
Destroy Red Blobs For Ammo
Around the room you'll notice red blobs that can be destroyed. Shoot them to get more ammo if you run out. Don't melee them as they'll do area-of-effect damage when they burst.
