Genie, Pooh and Belle all can provide buffs with their skills, but they can also activate additional attacks by unlocking the EX Skills. They can also activate the EX Skills with their own abilities, so they can provide additional damage just by using their skills every turn.

Characters That Can Use EX Skills Efficiently
In the best character tier list, characters are evaluated not only for their versatility, such as AoE attacks, but also for how easily they can activate EX Skills when teamed up in a party, and how well their traits align with their EX Skills. Support characters that can consistently apply buffs, enabling additional attacks or helping to activate allies' EX Skills, also receive higher ratings.

Characters That Can Limit Enemy Actions
We also consider characters that can hinder enemy actions using status ailments such as Paralyze and Skill Lock. By preventing the enemy from taking action, you gain a turn to attack freely, greatly increasing your chances of winning in battle.
Characters That Significantly Contribute to the Party
Characters that draw aggro to protect allies from attacks, as well as those that provide support through healing, treatments, and buffs, are highly rated for their contributions.
