How to Get Recipe
Complete Missions in Job Center
Recipes can be obtained as rewards from the Job Center. Most missions that give you a recipe are mostly ones that require you to complete story quests, so progress through the Story and you will receive recipes for different items.
Purchase in Shop
Avatar Recipes can be purchased from the Shop with Pix. There are Avatars that you can only get by Crafting so make sure to keep checking the Shop.
