Mulan is one of the few AoE attackers, and is useful from the beginning to late game to defeat weaker enemies; her skill is also very powerful, and by raising her level, she can defeat weaker enemies in one turn, making her versatile.
Get Attack Debuff Upon Limit Break
Upon Limit Break, you will be able to apply ATK DOWN to enemies. Even without the support of your allies, you can reduce the damage you receive from enemies when you apply Attack Down, so if you are going to challenge a high difficulty stage, make sure to limit break Mulan when possible.
