It just aged poorly given that Cinderella has it as well + her EX skill triggers easier than Mulan's.

Drab 1

Mulan is interesting as she has the rare AoE ATK- debuff. She could age really well if this debuff stays rare. She could also age poorly if it doesn’t, and/or if non-elemental ends up irrelevant in the #colormeta. 8; 8.5 with LB1+.
