Leveling Up Characters
Prioritize Raising Character Levels
Raising a character’s level significantly increases their stats. Although you need Upgrade Pixels for leveling up, they can be easily obtained through farming, so focus on leveling up the characters you use most frequently.
How to Raise Your Character's Level
Rarity Up
Unlock Level Cap With Rarity Up
When you increase a character's Rarity, their level cap is raised, allowing you to further boost their stats. If you have the required materials, prioritize Rarity Up for characters that are part of your team. Materials can be obtained from farming or crafting.
Unlock EX Skills At 4-Star and Above
Once a character reaches 4-stars Rarity, their EX Skill is unlocked. EX Skills can be activated during battle when certain conditions are met, providing additional attacks or buffs with various effects.
Ability Customization
Apply Special Buffs With Abilities
Ability Customization allows you to grant a special buff to a character, limited to one per character. You can provide resistance to Status Ailments or upgrade attack and defense, which gives you an advantage in battles. To apply Ability Customization, you’ll need Customization Seeds.
Stat Boosts
Increase Attack and Defense
In Stat Boosts, you can spend Boost Cubes to upgrade your attack and defense stats. Both stats can be upgraded up to 7 times, and the upgrades will permanently boost your character's stats. If you have a character that has already reached their max level and want to make them even stronger, consider using Stat Boosts.
Limit Break
Grants Status Bonuses
When performing a Limit Break, various status bonuses are applied to the character. The higher the number of Limit Breaks, the more the character's stats increase, upgrading them even further. Limit Breaks require character medals, which can only be obtained when duplicate characters are pulled from Gacha, so it is recommended to save Limit Breaks for later stages.
Skills Gain Additional Effects
With multiple Limit Breaks, additional effects can be added to skills. For example, a single skill can provide “Heal + Paralyze removal + SP Lock removal,” or apply Defense and ATK DOWN to all enemies in AoE, making battles significantly easier. Even low-rarity characters can be part of your main team with enough Limit Breaks.
