How to Unlock Expedition
Clear Story 1-18
Expedition is unlocked by clearing stage 1-18. You need to defeat the Maleficent boss in Chapter 1, so be sure to upgrade your characters before taking on the challenge.
Select an Expedition World in the List
Once Expedition is unlocked, choose the world you want to explore. You'll be able to start an Expedition after defeating the boss in a specific world.

Choose 3 Characters to Send to Expedition
After selecting the world you want to go on an Expedition, select 3 characters and send them on the Expedition. Just because you’ve included a character in the Expedition doesn’t mean they can’t be used in story or event battle formations. Feel free to use any characters you like for the Expedition without any issues.
Explorer Level Increases
Characters sent on an Expedition will increase their Explorer Level when you receive rewards. You can obtain Crystals by raising the Explorer Level so it's recommended to prioritize sending characters you want to level up on Expeditions.
How to Increase Explorer Level
Obtain Items Over Time
When you go on an Expedition, you will receive an item every 10 minutes. The items that can be obtained are determined for each world and are obtained randomly.
The Maximum Time Limit is 20 Hours
The maximum idle time for an Expedition is 20 hours. If you exceed this limit, you won’t receive any additional items. You can end the Expedition anytime within those 20 hours, so make sure to log in and collect your rewards to avoid wasting time.
