1. Pass The Time To Unlock Mission
There's no requirement to unlock this mission. Simply pass the time after completing the previous mission by taking on other activities, resting or driving around the map until the radio conversation is triggered.
2. This Is A Dialogue Mission
This mission is purely a cutscene and will only involve a dialogue between O'Brian and Deacon. This is the last epilogue mission of the game, so feel free to do end game activities afterwards.

This mission completes the "Finding Nero" storyline which also unlocks the Unknown Nero Weapon craft recipe. This requires IPCA parts that you can acquire from NERO Checkpoints.
