You won't automatically get the list of materials needed from Rikki. Drive around or do other missions to get the call from Iron Mike. He'll give you the list of materials that Rikki needs for Boozer's arm.

Use Fast Travel To Get To Destinations Fast
Getting to Marion Forks from Lost Lake will take up a lot of gas and time. It's best to fast travel between camps to get to Marion Forks faster.
4. Search Marion Forks - Tips
Search House Under Construction For Metal Tube
The metal tube you'll be needing will be in a house that's under construction. You can spot it on a table inside the house - it's inside a red tool box.
Follow Clues To Find Hunting Blade
When you reach the sporting goods shop, you'll need to track the Hunting Blade down. Follow the clues several times to finally get your hands on the material you need.
Open Car Hoods To Retrieve Scrap
The last material you need will be 10 pieces of Scrap. You can search the area for it or you can pop open car hoods to get Scraps from them.
