Clear Out Freakers Around the Perimeter First
Whittle down the number of Freakers around Crazy Willies before going inside. This will ensure that the number of Freakers are controllable as you burn down the Nests.

The Nests can be identified easily as they'll show up as Red Biohazard Signs in the Mini Map. Visually, the Nests are a mixture of mud and branches, similar to Bird Nests.
Burn Nests & Get Ready for Escaping Freakers
The only way to destroy Freaker Nests is by burning them down! Throw a Molotov Cocktail at openings like windows and doorway to start a fire, then run away to create distance from escaping Freakers.
Climb Up Roof of First Nest for Molotovs & Fuel
Run out of Molotov Cocktails to bring down the nests? Climb up the roof of the first Nest from the entrance. You'll find a number of Molotov Cocktails there and Fuel to craft them.
No Need to Kill All Freakers in the Area
The Mission will be completed once you burn down all of the nests in Crazy Willie's. There's no need to kill all the Freakers so save your ammo instead.
