The Goblin Lord will make a total of 5 requests, which adds up to 550,000 Gold in total, along with different kinds of ores.

Goblin Lord Location
The Goblin Lord is located towards the left of the Spider Cave entrance. Hop onto what appears to be a sheer wall, and walk past the guard to locate the Goblin Lord.
Early Game: Mine Icy Boulders
All of the ores required to complete the Goblin Lord quest line have a chance of dropping from Icy Boulders. Breaking these requires a mining power of 150, so bring a Tungsten, Demonic, or better pickaxe.

After entering the Spider Cave, keep walking until you reach the first corridor on the left. Follow it to the end to find two Icy Boulders that can be mined at the same time. Be careful of the Crystal Spiders, they may be weak, but they can still kill you if you’re AFK.

Mid-Game: Mine Ice Crystals
After entering The Peak, take the first right and then walk to the very end of the cave into the room where the Yetis spawn. Both entrances to this room spawn 2 random Ice Crystals which can also drop the required Ores for this quest. Remember to bring at least a Void Pickaxe to access all the mineable nodes that can spawn.
Late Game: Mine Red Crystals
Depending on where you are in the game, if you're strong enough to face Demonic
Spiders, and already have a Prismatic Pickaxe or better, we recommend mining in Raven Cave, as the Red Crystals that spawn there have higher chances of dropping the required Ores.

Reach Frostspire Expanse
The Goblin Lord’s questline becomes available once you reach Lv. 70 and unlock the Portal to Frostspire Expanse.
From there, walk toward the Spider Cave to reach the Goblin Cave. Continue past the Orc guards until you find the Goblin Lord.

Goblin Crown Recipe
The Goblin Crown recipe gives you a chance to forge the Goblin Crown whenever you roll a Heavy Helmet. It’s currently the rarest heavy helmet, so if you want to min‑max your build, the Goblin Crown is a must‑have.
