2 After the cutscene, head out to the Butte Resort
3 Clear the horde of Freakers in the Resort
4 After clearing the horde, head to the waypoint to radio Boozer to get Fertilizer

Stock Up On Ammo & Materials

Stock Up On Ammo & Materials

Make sure to stock up on ammos and crafting materials before heading out. You will be doing a lot of shooting and crafting while fighting this horde! Make sure to be ready for the horde before heading to the resort!

Equip High Fire Rate Weapons

Equip High Fire Rate Weapons

Weapons with a high rate of fire are recommended for this mission. This will let you unload a ton of damage to multiple targets in a short time. Weapons like the Chicago Chopper, and the RPD are recommended.

2. Before Clearing Out The Horde - Tips

Best Time To Clear The Horde: Daytime

Best Time To Clear Out The Horde: Daytime

Daytime will be your best bet at clearing the horde. This is because Freakers in the daylight are much weaker when compared to Freakers at night. It will take much less effort to defeat the horde during the day.

Check Out Explosive Placements

Get a lay of the land before starting the fight with the horde. Take note of choke points, explosive barrels, vehicles, and boxes in order to have a rough outline of the map. You will be able to lead the Freakers to these points to get an advantage.

3. Clearing Out The Horde - Tips

Initiate The Fight With Napalm Molotovs

Initiate The Fight With Napalm Molotovs

Napalm Molotovs deal huge amounts of damage to a ton of Freakers. Use this to take out a good portion of the horde even before they start chasing you!

Lead The Horde In A Straight Line

Lead The Horde In A Straight Line

Since this area has a lot of open spaces, it is best to lead the horde in a straight line. Making too many turns will allow the horde to easily surround you and kill you! Make small turns to navigate around the area when leading the horde!

Use Minimap To Learn Horde Location

Use Minimap To Learn Horde Location

Use your minimap to learn the general location of the horde. This will help you plan out your route while fighting the horde, and avoid getting surrounded by Freakers!

Lead Freakers To Choke Points

Lead Freakers To Choke Points

Frekaers will have a hard time getting to you if you pass through tight spaces. Since it takes some time for them to pass through, you can use this window to throw an explosive weapon or lay down a trap!

Use Focused Shot Skill To Explode Objects

Use Focused Shot To Explode Objects

The skill Focused Shot will allow you to slow down time and give you some time to aim at the explosive objects around the map. Make sure to shoot at these objects when there are a lot of Freakers nearby.

4. Collect Freaker Ears After Clearing Horde

Collect Freaker Ears After Clearing Horde

Freaker Ears are a great way for you to raise your Trust and earn Credits in Camp! Since you've defeated a lot of Freakers, you will be able to collect a ton of Ears after!
