Check out this Temtem guide on TVs and SVs! Find out what TVs (Training Values) and SVs (Single Values) do in the game, how you can change them, where to farm TVs, and more!!!
The term "TV" stands for Training Value. TVs are earned whenever you defeat an opposing Temtem. The more TVs you get in a particular stat, the higher your own stats will become.
Check TV Yields On The Tempedia
Even if you haven't captured a Tem, you can see how many TVs it will give you by checking the Tempedia! For example, defeating a Loali will give you +1 Speed and +1 Stamina.
Maximum 500 Per Stat, Total Max of 1000
The maximum number of TVs you can earn on one Temtem is 1000. Each stat is limited to a cap of 500.
Can Be Increased Or Decreased With Items
There are several items in the game which allow you to raise or lower your Tem's TVs. These can be purchased at shops or found in the world.
SV Training Guide
SVs Are Values That Can Be Inherited
"SV" stands for "Single Value". There is one single value from 0-50 assigned to each of the 7 stats of any given Temtem. Temtem found in the wild will have a random value. The higher the value, the higher the stat it affects.
Adjust With Telomeres
It is also possible to increase the SVs of a Temtem using items called Telomeres. These will only increase stats by +1, & are quite rare, so this is not as reliable as Breeding.
SVs Can Be Passed Down by Breeding
When breeding, you have a 40% chance to get the higher value SV of two parents. You can also guarantee an SV is passed down by making a Tem hold a specific item & breeding it.
Buy DNA Strands At The Breeding Center
DNA Strands are single-use items which pass down SVs from a parent to a child. These can be bought from the Breeding Center in Superior Omninesia.
