There are many players like Olerud and Jones with very high contact. Since there are slightly fewer players who excel at extra-base hits, a strategy of stringing together hits to score runs is good.

Positions to Strengthen with FA Contracts
RF and 2B Roles are Recommended
The Mets' right fielders have somewhat low batting performance, so it's recommended to acquire them from other teams. Additionally, while strengthening the thin second base position, if you have room, it's good to make a center fielder with extra-base hitting power an FA card.

Mets' Characteristics
Mets Players Have Balanced Stats
The Mets have many players with well-balanced ability values. Since the average launch angle is also generally high, it's easy to hit singles and home runs. However, since there are no players with exceptionally high batting performance, it's acceptable to include players with high batting performance from other teams in RBI Battle and Ranking Slugger.
RP Rarity Tends to Be Low
The Mets have two Signature relievers. Also, since Prime players have the same name as Signature players, it's difficult to form a lineup with multiple high-rarity players. However, since many starting pitchers have high stamina, it's recommended to adopt a strategy that doesn't waste the starters' stamina.

Selection Criteria
Utilize High-Rarity Players
Rarity affects a player's initial ability values and the increase in abilities when trained. Therefore, the rankings above prioritize players with high rarity.
Select High Ability Value Players for Lineups
Depending on the player, some high-rarity players may have low ability values. In particular, some Impact players have low initial ability values, so replacing them with players with high ability values or deck scores may increase the team's OVR.
Prioritize Deck Score for LIVE/Season
LIVE/Season players selected in the rankings above take into account the high deck score. Deck score is an important content for increasing the overall ability values of the team. Therefore, it's acceptable to include players with high deck scores in the lineup even if their ability values are slightly lower.
