It takes much time to traverse across the huge world of Fallout 76. By enhancing action points regeneration speed, you'd be able to travel faster.

Make Sprinting Faster To Run Away

Some perk cards can increase sprinting speed under certain conditions. Make use of them to be able to run away from enemies when your health is low.
