You can find the entrance to the Tree Of Life Challenge Tomb near the Deserted Cloister Base Camp in Mission Of San Juan. Be careful as this is a Jaguar territory.

Kinich Ahau's Boon will grant instant restoration once when near death in battle. This instant recovery will refresh between encounters and are extremely useful in tough battles.

Tree Of Life Walkthrough

Tree Of Life Walkthrough

The Tree Of Life Challenge Tomb will test your combat, puzzle-solving and platforming skills. Be sure to stock up on Fire arrows whenever you can.

1Head down the Base Camp climb down to the catacomb where you will reach an open area
2Shoot the statue spurting gases with fire arrow to momentarily stop its flow
3Jump across and axe the statue's mouth to release gas. Shoot Fire arrow to blast your way past
4Tether across the gap to reach the other side, walk past the ledge and grapple jump across
5Keep moving in deeper down the road, grapple jump and tether further down to reach the deeper end of the cavern
6Shoot the gas from the statue to boost the platform, jump across
7Move down the platform and axe with the statue for it to spurt gas. You will be ambushed after interaction, fend enemy off
8Go back up the ledge, fire the gas from the other side of the cliff to boost the platform. Jump across
9Walk past the bridge, above the platform and head up the road
10Cut the rope to loosen the platform, grapple jump across
11Open the statue's mouth to release the gas. Fend off the ambusher behind you
12Jump back to the first platform and fire flame arrow from it to boost the platform up. Jump across to the ledge
13Shoot the gas from the statue to stop its flow. Climb up quickly
14Head down the path and axe the statue's mouth to start the gas. Cut the rope to release the platform
15Jump on the platform and across to the furthest one away from the gas. Shoot the gas from the statue to prompt a cutscene
16Fend off the attackers. Assaut rifle is recommended
17Proceed across the broken platform to reach your goal

2. Fire Arrow Is The Key In this Tomb

You will need plentiful supply of Fire Arrows when completing this tomb. Be sure to loot and supply your resources found around the Tomb.

15. Aim Between The Platform's Gap To Ignite The Gas

When shooting the gas, aim between the gap of the two platforms for it to ignite and trigger the cutscene.

16. Be Prepared For Combat After Solving This Puzzle

You will be ambushed by numerous enemies right after the cutscene. Swap out to your Rifle or other powerful weaponry to mow down the enemy.
