What to do with Spider Skull

Unlock Body Pit

Body Pit

The Body Pit can be unlocked almost immediately as it is under Divine Inspiration Tier 1. It only costs 10 Gold and 5 Lumber to build, making it one of the cheapest builds. You can quickly build it any time, but you'll always want one open in case any followers die.

Bury the Spider Skull

Bury the Spider Skull

You can randomly find the Spider Skull by catching spiders in your cult at nighttime. When it appears, all you need to do is to pick it up and bury it in a Body Pit. It won't disappear even if you ignore it so you can just leave it there if you want.
