Shamura Battle Tips

Prioritize Your Main Weapon

At this point, you should have unlocked some of the strongest weapons. You also want a strong Curse and Relic, but your main source of damage will always be your main weapon. If you find it difficult to beat the boss, remember you can always retreat and try again until you get a better weapon that you like. You may also unlock stronger weapons as you do so, which will make a significant difference.

List of Attacks

Spawn Enemies

Shamura will spawn minions occasionally. They can sometimes surround you while you're busy dodging the boss's attacks if you are not too careful. So it is best to defeat them whenever you have the chance.

Raining Bombs

Shoots out multiple bombs in the air. They are slow and tells you where it will land, so you can avoid them before they hit you.

Web Jump

Leaves the screen using its web and jumps back down to attack. The attack range is short, so a simple dodge should avoid any damage.

Large Slash

Slash attack with a wide range. This attack has a larger range, but it only hits you if you stay in the front and the boss won't change direction, so quickly move behind it.

Jump Attack

Jumps several times at you and performs a short range attack every time it lands. It will repeat its jump multiple times, so make sure it stopped before you go to attack.

Jump Attack with Projectiles

Once Shamura's HP goes down to about a third, Shamura will also shoot projectiles outwards when he lands after the jump attack. At this point, make sure to keep your distance when it lands.

Random Reward For Defeating Shamura

Aside from the main rewards you also get a bonus random reward, mainly a Follower Form or Decoration for your cult. So you can check them out once you have defeated the boss.
