I find farming lv 10 (or near there but 'at least' 10) to be more efficient. It gives less BP but takes "significantly" less time. Whatever the highest level you can 1-turn (maybe 2-turn) will ultimately get you BP quicker than farming a slightly higher BP amount that takes much longer.
