She does not hard counter the only statuses that matters. Stun is also a thing which is a worser Paralyze.

You really want the 100% Skill Lock Resist ability on her. At LB1, she hard counters the only two statuses in the game that matter / pose any threat. The devs will likely nerf her by introducing a new status to the game. 9.5; 10 if LB1+.
