Enter your email address
Once you are on the password reset screen, enter the email address you registered when creating your account. Be careful, as if the email address is incorrect, you will not be able to reset your password.
Open the email from Roblox
After entering your email address, you will receive an email from Roblox for password reset. Check your email folder, tap 'Reset Password,' and proceed to the reset screen.
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder
If you do not receive the password reset email from Roblox, check your spam folder. Also, review your reception settings and ensure you can receive emails from 'roblox.com'.
Check if the registered email address is correct
If it's not in your spam folder either, check if the email address registered in your account settings and the one you entered for password reset are correct. Re-entering the email address registered with Roblox might allow you to receive the email.
Enter the new password to complete
Once on the password reset screen, enter your new password. It's recommended to make a note of it so you don't forget.

How to prevent forgetting your password?
Set up a passkey
If you register a passkey, you can log in to Roblox using fingerprint authentication. This eliminates the need to enter a password at login, so you don't have to worry about being unable to log in if you forget your password. You can set up a passkey from Roblox 'Settings > Account Info > Login Methods'.
Register your email
To reset your password, you need to have registered an email address or phone number with Roblox beforehand. By registering your email address, you can avoid having to create a new account if you happen to forget your password.
Make a note of it
Once you've registered your password, make a note of it so you don't forget. Be careful where you store your password, such as in a smartphone notepad or a sheet that only you can view, to prevent others from seeing it.
