How to Play Toilet Tower Defense
Clear stages to earn coins
To increase the units you can use in a stage, first, farm easy stages to save up coins for gacha. You can choose the difficulty for each stage, so it's recommended to select Easy for farming in the early game. Be aware that higher difficulties increase the number of Waves and take longer to clear one stage.
Be mindful of daily and weekly quests
Completing daily quests and weekly events will reward you with diamonds. Diamonds can be used to purchase units listed in trades, so complete quests daily to collect them.
Place units to prepare for battle
Once the stage starts, immediately place the units you have. You'll start with 200 or 300 currency, so place two units that cost 100 currency near the entrance.
Obtain placement funds by defeating enemies and clearing Waves
The funds needed to place units can be obtained at the start of a Wave and by defeating enemies. In the early Waves, place units as soon as you have enough funds, and aim to have no enemies left on the field at the end of Wave 1.
Strengthen units and endure until the end
Once you've placed enough units so that no enemies remain at the end of Wave 1, strengthen the already placed units to enhance their attack power and range. If you have an easy time dealing with enemies, it's also recommended to sell placed units and reposition them elsewhere.
Spin the gacha to increase units
Once you've farmed stages and saved up coins, spin the gacha to increase the units you can use. As your number of units increases, you'll be able to clear more stages and earn coins more easily. Always set newly acquired units from gacha or other means in your hand.
Tips for Toilet Tower Defense
Equip units with a wide attack range
Units with a wide attack range can be placed to cover multiple paths. This increases the opportunities to damage enemies passing through the paths, leading to higher total damage and making it easier to defeat enemies, so it's recommended.
Balance the cost of equipped units
In tower defense games, you need money to place and upgrade units. If you only equip units that cost 500 currency to place, you might not be able to defeat enemies in the early game and could take damage. Equip low-cost units for Wave 1 as well.
Update units regularly
When you have enough placement funds, don't just place new units to increase your numbers; once your formation is somewhat decided, upgrade your units. Upgrading increases attack range and power, as well as the number of attacks, making it easier to defeat enemies.
Purchase high-rarity units through trades
With diamonds, you can purchase high-rarity units not available in the permanent gacha, or easy-to-use units. Valuable units require many diamonds, but you can obtain around 30-50 diamonds from daily quests, and purchase units useful in the early game. So, check the trade shop regularly.
How to Get Diamonds
Tap 'Quests' on the left of the home screen
Tap the quest icon on the left of the home screen to check weekly and daily missions. By clearing each mission, you can receive diamonds as a reward.
Tap 'Claim' to receive diamonds
Once you clear a mission, open 'Quests' and tap 'Claim'. You can get 5 diamonds for daily missions and 20 diamonds for weekly missions.
Purchase from the shop
Diamonds are also sold in the shop. However, this requires in-game purchases, so be careful not to overuse diamonds.
Recommended Characters for Early Game
Microwave Man
Has a wide attack range and is easily obtained from the permanent gacha. The placement cost is 300 currency, so it can't be placed from the start in high-difficulty stages, but it can be placed from the start in low-difficulty ones. However, be aware that it can be affected by enemy debuffs like sleep.
Ohio Cameraman
A character with high firepower, easily obtained from the permanent gacha. The placement cost is 100 currency, making it easy to defeat enemies in early Waves. The second upgrade costs a high 5000 currency, so be careful not to place too many, or you might not be able to defeat enemies in the mid-game.
Laser Gun Cameraman
Often sold at low prices like 20 diamonds in the Trading Plaza. The placement cost is a low 250 currency, and it continuously attacks enemies with a laser, making it easy to chip away at their health.
