A safety address is an address that allows you to recover your account in case you can no longer log in or if you accidentally delete the app without transferring your data.
How to Set Up a Safety Address
Select 'User' from the Game Start Screen
To set up a safety address, first tap 'User' on the game start screen.
Select 'Email Verification'
You can set up the safety address by tapping 'Email Verification' on the 'User' screen.
How to Remove a Safety Address
Select 'Remove Safety Address'
To remove the safety address, tap 'Email Verification' as you did when setting it up, and then select 'Remove Safety Address'. When removing it, you will need to enter the currently set safety address.
How to Recover Your Account
Select 'Recover Account'
To recover your account, select 'Recover Account' from the 'Email Verification' screen. Then, you can recover your account by entering the safety address you set up.
Important Notes About Safety Addresses
Do Not Share It With Others
Do not share your set safety address with friends or anyone else. In the worst case, there is a risk that it could lead to your account being hijacked.
Addresses Used Once Will Be Reset
The address entered to recover your account will have its link relationship reset after the recovery is complete. Therefore, once you recover your account, be sure to set it up again.
What to Do If You Don't Receive the Verification Code?
Check Your Domain Settings
The verification code is sent to the email address you set up. There's a possibility that your carrier settings are rejecting the domain, so please check.
