What is Key Rank? Explanation of How to Check and Effects
Key Rank = Strength of the Vehicle Skin's Key

▲ Vehicle skins from Hall of Fame or Honor Rank bonuses are strong.
Key rank is the strength of the key for each vehicle skin. Vehicle skins with a higher key rank can overwrite those with a lower key rank. Conversely, if the key rank is lower, overwriting is impossible. All effects appear only during a match.
If Your Key Rank is Low, You Can't Steal Enemy Vehicles

▲ Cannot board because there is no vehicle key box.
If an enemy is using a vehicle skin, you also cannot board that vehicle unless you have a vehicle skin with an equal or higher key rank. Therefore, depending on your key rank, it may be impossible to steal an enemy's vehicle during combat to escape, or to pick up vehicles abandoned on the roadside.
Check the Key Box

You can check the vehicle skins you have during a match in the key box. It can be listed from Backpack - Skin. You can only bring one skin per vehicle type.
Number of Keys is 5 Per Match

▲ The number of remaining uses decreases when used.
The number of keys that can be used in one match is up to 5 per vehicle type. For example, if you bring a sedan skin, you can overwrite sedan skins up to 5 times in one match. It resets with each match, so your vehicle skin won't disappear from overuse.
Teammate's Key Rank Doesn't Matter
In a team match, if a teammate has a vehicle skin with a higher key rank, the skin will be overwritten, but all teammates can still board.
Switch from the Key Box

▲ Tap to select the key to use.
While riding, vehicle skins your teammates have can be switched at any time while driving. If you want to use the vehicle skin you normally ride or try out other vehicle skins your teammates have, you can switch and use them from the key box.
Obtain Keys During a Match

▲ If an enemy has already used it, the remaining uses will be reduced.
During a match, if a defeated enemy has a vehicle key, it will drop along with their supplies. If you pick up the key, you can use the corresponding vehicle skin for that match.
Select Keys to Bring

You can select which vehicle skin to use during a match from the vehicle list in the warehouse. You can bring 5 keys for the equipped vehicle skin per match.
Checking Key Rank in the Garage
How to Enter the Garage

You can check the key rank of vehicle skins you currently own in the garage. From the warehouse, select Outfit - Theme - Normal Garage, and tap "Enter Garage" to use the garage.
Check Key Rank

When you enter the garage, a list of vehicle skins you currently own will be displayed. They are arranged in order of highest key rank from the left. You cannot check the key rank of skins you do not own in the game.
Hall of Fame, Honor, and Lv.Max Modified Skins are Strong

▲ Honor Rank bonus skins, etc., are high rank.
For key rank, Hall of Fame or Honor Rank bonus skins, and vehicle skins modified to Lv.Max tend to be strong. Additionally, skins with higher rarity or those implemented more recently tend to have higher key ranks.
