How to Use Voice Chat (VC)
How to Set Up Voice Chat?

Voice chat settings can be checked and changed from 'Sound Settings' in the settings menu. Currently, it supports adjusting basic volume, switching speaking modes, and switching microphone input when using Bluetooth earphones.
Switching VC During Combat

During combat, you can use the voice chat function while switching its ON/OFF settings. If the icon is highlighted, it means it's ON. Detailed settings such as speaker only, microphone only, or all/team only are also possible.
Set VC Range
You can set the range for both the speaker and microphone. For the speaker, you can also adjust the volume of individual team members.
Mic ON Only When Long-Pressed

If you set the microphone setting to "Push" in the sound settings, you can turn the microphone ON only when you long-press the microphone icon during a match. When push setting is active, the microphone icon will display a waveform, and you can only speak while long-pressing it.

Check Device Microphone Input

To use voice chat, you need to turn ON microphone input for the Knives Out app in your smartphone or tablet settings beforehand. If you've turned ON the VC function in the in-game settings but still can't hear voices, try checking your device settings.
Check Device Settings

The image shows the iOS case. Find the Knives Out app from the settings menu and turn ON microphone access permission. You can set microphone access permission similarly on Android smartphones via Settings → Apps.
When Using a Calling App

When using a calling app for voice chat, whether you can hear audio or not may depend on the startup timing of the calling app or microphone. Below is a list summarizing compatibility by device model, which you can refer to if you're having trouble with VC.
