How to Follow Other Players
Clear Stage 1-6 and Change Outfit to Unlock
The Follow feature that allows you to make Friends can be unlocked when you clear Stage 1-6 and finish the "Changing Outfits" tutorial. By using the Follow feature, you will be able to receive gifts so unlock this feature as soon as you can.
Story Progression - Chapters and Stages
Tap Player on Home Screen
When you speak to other players on the Home Screen, you will be able to see their profile. If there is a player that you want to follow, you can tap the "Follow" button to become friends with them.
Treasure Chests on Home Screen Guide
Follow from the Recommended Tab in Follow List
From the Menu, choose the Following icon and you will be able to open the Follow List. When you tap Recommended, you will be able to see a list of players that you can follow, which is quicker than finding them on your Home Screen.
Search for Players
Tap Following from the Menu, and on the bottom right of the Follow List you will be able to search for other players with the magnifying glass button. If you are playing with a friend, enter their Player ID so you can find them. You can find your own Player ID in the Profile screen.
Benefits of Making Friends (Following)
Gather Follow Points
When you gain Followers, you will be able to gather Follow Points. You can gain 100 points per day, and there are only advantages by doing this so follow as many players that you can. Follow Points can be exchanged for gifts.
Send Message Cards
Players that follow each other can send Message Cards. Change the card designs and decorate with stickers to communicate with other players.
How to Exchange Gifts
Collect Follow Points
From the Heart icon at the bottom right of the Home Screen, you can collect Follow Points. 1 player you follow will give you 1 point and you can collect up to a total of 100 points per day. The limit will be reset every day at 22:00 PST.
Exchange for Gifts
Open the Follow List and on the bottom right, you will find an icon with a present and heart. You will be directed to a Gift Exchange screen where you can use your Follow Points to exchange for items and Avatars.
Recommended to Get Stamina Potion
With 200 Follow Points, you can get 1 Stamina Potion (M). You will start to lack Stamina when clearing stages, so to keep pace on progressing the story, it is recommended to exchange for the Stamina Potion.
You Can Also Get New Outfits
You can also get exclusive Avatar outfits in the Gift Exchange. Each cost 1,000 points which is quite a lot so you will need to gather a lot to get them, but this is also recommended if you want to make your Avatar look unique.
