Chapter 5-3 Walkthrough
Uroboros Research Facility Mission Walkthrough

| 1 | Climb up the ladder found at the room attached to the large laboratory area |
| 2 | Head left to a room with X-Ray scans. Loot for ammo |
| 3 | Exit the room then continue down the hallway & up the stairs |
| 4 | Open the door at the end of the hallway |
| 5 | Move forward through the halls. Enter the door next to a grate |
| 6 | Follow the path of the metal walkway |
| 7 | Continue down the path to a yellow door. Use the Generator to activate the lever |
| 8 | Pull the lever to operate the platform |
| 9 | Continue down the path to the left |
| 10 | Enter the room with a yellow door |
| 11 | Exit through the white door. Continue forward then open the next door |
| 12 | Continue down the metal walkway |
| 13 | Use the lever on the console to move the platform |
| 14 | Defeat the enemies on the platforms |
| 15 | Defeat the 2nd wave of enemies |
| 16 | Head up the stairs. Open the door at the end of the hallway |
| 17 | Use the generator found near the bridge |
| 18 | Call for the lift and head up to the upper scaffolding |
| 19 | Follow the scaffolding. Push the cart that blocks the way |
| 20 | Drop down to the building. Use the controls to lower the bridge |
| 21 | Open the door at the end of the bridge |
| 22 | Defeat Wesker & Jill |
Chapter 5-3 Mission Tips
6. ~ 7. Walk Across the Metal Walkway
Reaper Insect Monsters Spawn from Sacs
As you move across the walkway, you will come across sacs hanging from the ceiling. These sacs will spawn a Reaper when you get too close. Attack its bulbous spots for more damage.
7. Enter the Yellow Door & Activate the Generator
Loot the H&K PSG-1 in the Room
Besides the Generator, there are numerous crates that you can break and a silver weapon box inside the room. Open the weapon box to get the H&K PSG-1 Rifle!
8. Pull the Level to Operate the Platform
h4:Shoot Enemies Riding the Platform to You
While they're at the platform, the enemies won't be able to attack you. Take advantage of this! Keep shooting them so they never make it to your side.
9. Continue Down the Path to the Left
Stay Behind Cover to Escape Rockets
Multiple enemies with rocket launchers will be in this area. Use the cover provided by the walkway to saty safe. Peek and shoot at them whenever they're reloading.
10. Enter the Room with a Yellow Door
Enemies Waiting Inside
Don't just stroll inside the operator room as there are multiple enemies waiting inside with one equipped with a Rocket Launcher. Shoot at them from the open window to the side of the room before going in.
14. ~ 15. Defeat Waves of Enemies
Platform will Continue to Rotate
The Platform will continuously rotate as it goes up the tower. Aiming will be harder due to this. It's better to use weapons with less recoil for this part.
Shoot Enemies Holding on to Levers
To continue you ascent up the tower, you'll need to take care of the enemy holding down the lever on their hand. Shoot them as soon as you find their location.
Wesker & Jill - Boss Fight Tips
Wesker Boss Fight Guide
Need to Survive Against Wesker for 7 Minutes
You don't need to shoot down Wesker in this battle. As long as you make it to the 7 minute mark, Wesker will go away on his own.
Use Hallways to Kite Around Wesker
Head inside the hallways to get out of Wesker's line of sight. So long as he doesn't see you, he will just slowly walk around the area.
Jill Boss Fight Guide
Do Not Shoot at Jill
If Jill dies, the mission will fail. Your objective is to remove the contraption on her chest. Shooting at her will lead to nothing, but her death and the mission's failure.
Stay in her Melee Rage
You'll need to stay close to Jill throughout this fight. Either Chris or Sheva can hold on Jill or tear off the device on her chest.
Must Be Done Multiple Times
You won't get the device out immediately. It will take at least 3 tries before it will completely come off Jill. Make sure to do the button prompts to do so.
Chapter 5-3 Emblem Locations
Chapter 5-3 Emblem 1 - Behind Giant Fan
Before exiting the Uroboros boss fight area, check behind the giant metal fans. The fan on the right has the emblem behind it.
Chapter 5-3 Emblem 2 - On Lever Platform
This emblem can be found on the platform where enemies pull levers to bring down the spinning platform. It's best to wait for the platform to fully stop or to slow down before attempting to shoot this emblem.
Chapter 5-3 Emblem 3 - On Elevator Shaft
When you reach the area where the ruins begin again, before turning on the elevator, check the shaft. The emblem is on the same side as its lever, so move to the opposite side to spot it.
