Chapter 1-1 Walkthrough
Civilian Checkpoint Mission Walkthrough

| 1 | After the beginning cutscenes, move forward until you get another cutscene |
| 2 | When you reach the butcher shop, head to the side and open the door |
| 3 | Talk to the man inside the butcher shop to watch another cutscene |
| 4 | Open the silver case to get your first weapon |
| 5 | Proceed forward, out the butcher shop & down the stairs |
| 6 | Head into the room on the right with the candles then open the door |
| 7 | Go through the bloody room and up the stairs, open the door to your right |
| 8 | After the cutscene, shoot down the first zombie you encounter |
| 9 | Go into the next room & jump out the window on the left |
| 10 | Proceed through the path & follow your map marker into the room |
| 11 | Open the door on the right side with your partner |
| 12 | Move deeper into the room and jump down the underground alleyway |
| 13 | Go up the ladder and open the door to fight a flood of zombies |
| 14 | Head into the junkyard and survive until help arrives |
| 15 | When the chopper arrives, the mission will be completed |
Chapter 1-1 Mission Tips
4. Silver Case Contains M92F Hand Gun
Your first weapon can be found in the silver case after you talk to your contact in the butcher shop. This will be an M92F Hand Gun and can be upgraded in between missions.

Always be on the lookout for wooden crates or barrels. These can contain gold, ammo, and herbs that will be extremely helpful to you on your journey.
9. Escape Via Jumping Through Left Window
When you reach a room and get locked in, make sure to check the window where your partner is standing next to. Jump through it to get to the next area.
13-14. Survive Flood Of Zombies
Head Shots Deal Most Damage
When facing zombies, always aim to make head shots. These deal the most damage and with highly upgraded weapons, they can instantly kill your foes.
Pick Up Machine Gun To Right Of Junk Yard
To the right side of the junk yard, next to a dilapidated car, you'll find a silver case. This contains the VZ61 Machine Gun, your first in the game. Make sure to pick it up and equip it for fast, continuous shots.
Use Gas Barrels To Explode Zombies
Kite zombies around the junk yard and draw them near to gas barrels scattered around the area. Shoot them to cause an explosion, taking care of several enemies at once.
