This article explains how to change outfit skins in Knives Out. Learn how and where to change outfits and whether it's worth it to change skins.
What are Outfit Skins?
Change Your Character's Appearance
Skins come in various looks, from cute to cool. Not only can you change your appearance, but during battle, you can also hide helmets and bulletproof vests, so try to equip skins as much as possible.
Tips! | Wearing a skin does not change the damage dealt or received. |
Some Skins Cannot Be Set Depending on Gender
Some outfit skins are male-exclusive or female-exclusive. Your avatar's gender can be changed later, so match your gender to the skin you want to set.
How to Change Outfit Skins
Check Outfits from the Warehouse
Skins can be checked from the "Outfit" tab in the warehouse. Outfits are further divided into "Set/Head/Tops," etc., so select the part you want to change and modify it.
Sets Change the Entire Body's Appearance
Set outfits change the entire body's appearance when equipped. Collaboration skins, in particular, often come in sets and can drastically change your look, making it easy to express your individuality.
Precautions for Outfit Skins
May Stand Out During Drills
In drills, there are many situations where you want to move without being noticed by the enemy, but if you set a brightly colored skin, it may make you more visible to enemies.
If You Don't Want to Stand Out?
By setting a skin color that matches the map's colors, you can make yourself slightly less noticeable to enemies. Green and brown skins blend in relatively well on any map, so they are recommended.
