Space City Map
Map Overview
Space City is structured in a way that surrounds a massive building in the center. Except for the spawn point to the south, the chance of encountering enemies right after the raid starts is high so it's recommended to use cover to avoid direct confrontations.
Central Building Area is a Hot Zone
All Safe Boxes are installed in the central building which makes it a hotspot where most players gather. Additionally, a boss may appear, making it an extremely difficult area to conquer.
Central Building Area Disables Map Function
When you enter the central building area, the map becomes unusable, and you will lose your current position. Outside this area, you can still pin Safe Boxes and Extraction Points so it's recommended to check the pins before entering the jamming area.
Extraction Points and Escape Conditions
List of Extraction Points
All of Space City's Extraction Points require certain conditions to be met. The easiest way to return is by unequipping your backpack, but activating levers or completing a mission may be necessary when carrying a large amount of supplies.
Note! | It is recommended to bring a rig with a large capacity if you're planning to escape with only the rig! |

Summary of Extraction Points and Conditions
Extraction Point | Escape Condition |
---|---|
1. Helicopter Landing Site Activate two levers | |
2.Test Range Unlocked 10 minutes after raid starts Extraction limit of 3 people: (No backpack must be equipped) | |
3.Rocket Extraction Point Unlocked after mission completion |
Lever Positions At The Helicopter Landing Site
The levers to activate the Extraction Point are installed on the 1st floor of the Centrifuge Facility and the underground area of the Test Range. Note that both levers need to be activated for the Extraction Point to open..
Return Procedure for Rocket Extraction Point
- Accept the Operation Ascended mission
- Escape earlier before the countdown ends
- Activating the PC triggers the defense mission
- Defend the area for 270 seconds
- Check the container to shorten the launch time
When you accept Operation Ascended, the Rocket Extraction Point is unlocked. The mission can be accepted 15 minutes after the raid starts.
Once the 12-minute countdown ends, the rocket launches, and the extraction is successful. Additionally, progressing the mission will shorten the rocket's launch time.
Entering a code on the PC near the launch pad will trigger the mission. The Rear Grip defense mission begins, so prepare for combat.
For 270 seconds, Enemy NPCs will appear from the helicopter and attack the players. The enemies become vulnerable just before they land, so it's recommended to attack at that moment.
Check the rocket's storage container to complete the mission. Once complete, the countdown to extraction is shortened to 1 minute, so be cautious if your teammates haven't joined yet.
Recommended Exploration Spots
If You're Aiming for High-Value Raids, Head to Central Area
The Central Area has a large number of exploration spots installed besides the Safe Box. It’s the most intense battleground where players gather, but if you’re after high-value raids, head to the Central Rear Grip.
Bring Keys to Shorten the Distance to the Center
Depending on your respawn location, having a key allows you to take shortcuts to the Central Rear Grip. If you're late, other players might loot the Safe Box and key rooms before you, so bringing a key to shorten the distance is recommended.
Key Rooms Outside Recommended For Exploration
List of Key Rooms Outside the Central Building | |
---|---|
1. Room at the Back of Dormitory No. 3 | 2. Central Command Room, 3F |
3. Assembly Plant 2F Lab |
Aside from the Central Rear Grip, there are few exploration spots, making it unsuitable for gathering items. When navigating the perimeter, bring a keycard to increase the number of locations you can explore, even slightly.
