Among Us Map Types
Map Types Overview

There are currently 3 maps available for play in Among Us. The fundamentals of gameplay won't change between them, but the strategies you employ will have to change according to the terrain/available tasks/location of vents and cameras. Make sure to study up on each type of map before playing!

How To Change Map
You can change the map from the settings tab. In order to access the settings, you'll need to become the host of the game. See the guide below for more details.

If you're playing on PC, don't forget that you can pull up the map at any time by pressing the appropriate keyboard hotkey: in this case it's Tab. Manually clicking the map with your mouse is a pain and inefficient - start using the keyboard now!

There are of course a myriad of other tasks you'll need to remember the location of, so make sure to review them as well.
Admin - How To Use
By using the Admin console in the Admin room, you can learn the location of all players. The Admin feature only displays players in each room and does not show players located in the hallways. Note that dead bodies are still displayed as a player icon.
Security Camera - How To Use
The security cameras can be monitored in the security room to the west. When security monitor is in use by someone, all cameras around the map will flash red!
Among Us Mira HQ Map Guide
MIRA HQ - Full Annotated Map

Mira HQ does not have security cameras, so that's one thing you won't have to worry about. Vent connections, however, are a lot more common. There are only three visible tasks here too, so make sure to make note of them. It's also noteworthy that this map only has ONE visual task.
Admin - How To Use
Similar to The Skeld map, there is an Admin console in the admin room. Use this feature to find the location of all players.
Doorlog - How To Use
The Doorlog is a unique mechanic only found in the Mira HQ map. It is located in the Communications room. There are 3 sensors located in the three-way junction just north of the Cafeteria and once any player walks across the sensor line, they will be registered in the doorlog.

Polus is a rather large map that can be challenging to traverse for Crewmates. Camera locations are particularly important here, so make sure to note where they are, especially if you're playing Imposter. This map only has two
Vitals - How To Use
Vitals is located in the room next to the Office. By using this feature, you can tell which players are still alive on the map. Polus is particularly big, so this is really helpful for letting you know if you should start searching for a corpse or not.
Admin - How To Use
Just like with the other 2 maps, you can use the Admin feature on Polus as well. However, currently it seems that the Admin feature won't show you if players are found in a few specific rooms on the map. These include the Boiler Room, and Specimen Room.
Security - How To Use
Unlike the security system in The Skeld map, the security monitor is not split screen - you'll have to press the arrow to alternate between separate screens/cameras.
