7. Turn Left After the Animal Containers

First Encounter With Licker

One of Resident Evil's most iconic enemies, the Licker will appear as soon as you turn left after the containers. There will be 2 of them that will come out to fight you.

Tough Enemies Tank Tons of Damage

Defeating a Licker will take multiple shots and tons of damage. Shotguns and grenades work well against them. Make sure to aim for their exposed brains to deal more damage.

Drops Good Loot & Ammo

Loot, including high value jewels, and different types of ammo have a higher chance of dropping from Lickers. You might even get a Lion Heart Jewel from them!

9. Enter the Door To Get AK-47

AK-47 is in Silver Weapon Box

You will be able to loot the AK-47 from a weapon box in the first room right after opening the 2nd vaulted door. It's a strong weapon with a good fire rate so make sure to get it.

12. Move Silently Through Hallway

Running, Making Noise will Alert Lickers

As you move through the hallway, make sure to move slowly and not to fire your weapon. Once you do, all the Lickers will be alerted and go for the attack!

13. Kick Down Broken Door

Kicking the Door will Alert Lickers

Make sure you're all set with your weapon and your health is at its highest because once you kick the door, the Lickers will come after you. Funnel them through the small hallway to make it easier to grenade them.

14. ~ 15. Call & Wait for the Elevator

All Enemies Will Come After You

After calling the elevator, all enemies in the area will head to your direction. There are only Lickers in the area and all of them you have not defeated will come running there.

Arms & Mouth are Weak Spots

The U-8 has a hard shell that can shrug off damage easily. To deal the most damage, aim for its exposed mouth or the orange parts on the 2 arms it uses to stand on the platform.

Shoot Orange Parts on Arms to Expose Mouth

Force the U-8 to open its mouth and become immobile by shooting at the orange parts on its arms. This will cause it to fall helplessly on the platform giving you free reign to damage it!

Circle Around U-8 to Escape Attacks

Do not stay right in front of the U-8 unless it's downed since most of its attacks are frontal. Kite around it by going to its sides and shooting its arms until it falls down.

At the starting point, before you head into the next area, move to the right side of the flower bed. Check the metal walkway to find the emblem leaning on a pipe.
