Unlocks the the Distrito Capital Region for Securing
Completing this mission will open the Distrito Capital region to be secured by the Army of Chaos. Successfully securing the region will unlock the Spearhead Transport.

Avoid Enemies by Grappling Across Roofs
Puerto Espada is full of hostiles that will shoot you down as soon as they see you. Avoid having to fight with them by grappling across the roofs and other structures.

1. Get Access to the Wet Dock - Hint & Tips
Grapple to Enemies to Close Distance
Grapple to long-distance enemies to close the distance and knock them out for a few seconds! This is best used to quickly take care of enemies using sniper rifle and rocket launchers
2. Confront El Maniaco - Hint & Tips
El Maniaco is a Mini Boss Guarding the Console
El Maniaco will be waiting for a fight near the console in the Wet Dock. He will continuously attack you to prevent you from using the console. He can't be lured from his spot either. It's recommended to take him out before hacking the console since he won't let up on his attacks.
Use Explosives Against El Maniaco
El Maniaco is wearing bullet-proof armor that just brushes off shots from normal guns. To take him out, it's best to use explosive and heavy weapons like rocket launchers instead as they do tons of damage.
3. Plunge 10 Rigged Vehicles - Hint & Tips
Rigged Vehicles are Marked and Have Electric Bombs
The rigged vehicles can easily are marked by quest markers so you can find them quickly. Additionally, they have bombs on their backs to make it easier for you to distinguish them.
Only Plunged Vehicles Count for the Objective
Destroying the rigged vehicles will not progress the objective. You have to drive them into any water to disable the bombs and complete the objective.
Jump Out of Vehicles Before Going in the Water
Having to swim back to the port will waste your time so make sure to jump out of vehicles before going into the water. With the momentum, the vehicles will still go in the water even if you're not in the driver's seat.
The Game Checkpoints at 5/10 Vehicles
Make it a goal to plunge at least 5 vehicles first as the game checkpoints there. You won't have to redo the whole objective if you fail it since, but will start at 5/10 vehicles with 2 and a half minutes left instead.
Grapple-Parachute to Get a Bird's Eye View
A trick to get high in the air is by grappling on a surface then opening your parachute during your lunge! With this, you'll get a bird's eye view of the area and see the location of the rigged vehicles.
