Clear Daily Quests
Clearing some daily quests will earn you experience points to raise your team level. It's time-efficient, so be sure to clear them every day.

The cooldown time for Emerald Exchange is 8 hours. Therefore, it is difficult to complete the 'Perform Emerald Exchange 3 times' quest three times. Thus, using 20 Emeralds daily at the Exchange Shop is a viable option.
Farm Campaigns
When you consume energy in Campaigns, you gain the same amount of experience. Energy recovers over time, so consume it frequently to avoid waste.
Benefits of Raising Team Level
Content Unlocks
When your team level reaches certain milestones, various content will be unlocked. Unlocking each content increases the rewards you can get from missions, etc., making it easier to develop your characters.
